The Nissan Company is all set to make market debut with the new model 2018 Infiniti QX80 Monograph. The QX80 model was originally sold as QX56, but Nissan changed its name after a recent redesign. The Nissan’s Infiniti division is an accomplished segment of the Japanese company. Over the years it has produced some robust full-size luxury SUVs. The SUV itself is a full-sized luxury vehicle that displays a rather aristocratic aura. Built on Nissan’s powerful Titan platform, the QX80 has accumulated quite a fan following and is very popular amongst US citizens. The technicians at Infiniti claim that their 2018 Infiniti QX80 Monograph may feature quite a few changes.
2018 Infiniti QX80 – Beautiful Look
The designers at Nissan’s Company claim to make this car more aerodynamic. The 2018 Infiniti QX80 Monograph will have more accentuated lines and curves than the current QX80. In front, it will sport a pair of thinner projector headlamps with daytime running LEDs. The front grille is thicker than before, giving a distinctly aggressive outlook.
The chrome inserts can feature prominently in both front and rear fascia. Now shifting focus to QX80’s rear, expect it to house larger LED tail lights that bracket the thin center chrome grille. Body paneling wise, expect blacked out front A-pillars.
The high-end trims will feature large 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, which make the SUV more stylish.
Not much information about 2018 Infiniti QX80’s interiors is available. But experts claim that it will feature some prominent new upgrades. These upgrades might include a litany of flush-mounted sonar sensors; which provide drivers with requisite traffic information.
This 2018 Infiniti QX80 special can get Stratford Burl wood trim finish inside. The standard features will also include premium leather crafted seats; which accommodate seven people comfortably. The dash gets a strong ambient lighting and digitized information cluster.
The 2018 Infiniti QX80 Monograph can house Bose’s new Dolby enabled surround sound system, which is an awesome source of entertainment. Other design changes are still unknown, so wait for more information to surface.
Talking about changes under the hood; we don’t have much information. The current Infiniti QX80 have a 5.6-liter V-8 engine; which can produce close to 450 HP at approximately 420 lb-ft of torque. We expect that the newest edition uses the same engine. The Infiniti QX80 Monograph power plant can come with a seven-speed automatic transmission. This transmission will transfer power to all four wheels. This car is quite large, so fuel economy is not anything mindboggling.
The luxury SUV market in America is a highly competitive place. The Nissan can face stiff resistance from some highly accomplished players. Furthermore, these can include Lincoln Navigator and Bentley’s Bentayga.
So, the Infiniti will have to bring their A-Game in this year’s battle for market supremacy.
Price and Release Date
The Infiniti executives hint that it will enter American markets by late 2017. This date can very well shift to early 2018; it all depends on the market situation. As for the price of the 2018 Infiniti QX80 Monograph, we don’t have official information.
